Imagine a place with superb genetics for giant whitetails and where bucks with little or no hunting pressure routinely die of old age. A place where mature, heavy-horned bucks move freely during the day and are not the reclusive, nocturnal creatures they become when overly pressured. Such a place really exists and it is here that a serious trophy hunter can have a legitimate chance to harvest an exceptional whitetail - every time he or she sits in a deer stand.
Team Whitetail Alberta has over twenty years of experience and is widely recognized as one of the true pioneers of hunting trophy whitetails in the big bush of Canada. Over the years, our clients have taken many bucks in the 150" to 180" class, including a monster of 248 inches (the largest whitetail ever taken by a non-resident hunter in all of Canada!). Success rates generally run 65%-75%, as many repeat guests are passing up bucks, only looking for that true giant.
Hunting is done from portable ladder and tripod stands with swivel seats and gun rests. Plan to hunt all day as most bucks are harvested during mid-day. Guests may use their cell phone or be provided with two-way radios in order to keep in contact with their guide at all times. First class lodging, with satellite TV and high-speed internet is located in the heart of the hunting area.
We control 11,000 square miles of big buck country, so each hunter will be in an area that is home to a top end trophy. This hunting territory also borders a 40 x 60 mile game sanctuary that is closed to hunting.
If you're looking for a world-class whitetail, this is your hunt.
